Promotion terms

Photography MasterClass — OPPO Find X9 Ultra

1. General

These terms apply to any participation in the OPPO Photography MasterClass promotion, offered by Oleading B.V., hereinafter referred to as “OPPO”. OPPO reserves the right to amend these terms unilaterally.

2. Promotion period and locations

The promotion is valid in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg upon purchase of a participating product at participating retailers. The promotion period and participating locations are communicated via masterclass.oppo-benelux.com.

3. Participating product

Upon purchase of the OPPO Find X9 Ultra at a participating retailer, you can register for the exclusive OPPO Photography MasterClass. The MasterClass offers lessons on mobile photography, composition and lighting, developed in collaboration with the Hasselblad camera system of the Find X9 Ultra.

4. Conditions of participation

The Photography MasterClass is held at fixed locations with a limited number of seats per session. Registration does not guarantee participation. Once a session is full, it is full.

  • OPPO reserves the right to refuse participation without giving a reason.
  • The promotion is valid while supplies last.
  • A maximum of one entry per participating product purchased.
  • A maximum of one entry per household.
  • The promotion cannot be combined with any other OPPO offer or promotion.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Only products purchased at participating retailers are eligible.
  • Employees of Oleading B.V. and its affiliates are excluded from participation.

5. Deposit and goodies

To confirm participation, a symbolic deposit of €10.00 is required, payable during registration via masterclass.oppo-benelux.com.

  • The €10.00 deposit is not an entry fee but a confirmation contribution to reserve your seat.
  • On arrival, every participant receives an exclusive OPPO goodie pack and a workshop with a value that exceeds the deposit.
  • The deposit is not refunded in case of no-show or cancellation less than 5 working days before the session.
  • In case of timely cancellation — at least 5 working days before the session — the deposit is fully refunded, or the participant may register free of charge for another available session, so that another consumer can take the freed seat.
  • If OPPO cancels or reschedules the session, the deposit is always fully refunded.

7. Other provisions

  • Access to the MasterClass is strictly personal and non-transferable.
  • OPPO is not liable for technical failures beyond its control.
  • OPPO reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session. Participants will be informed in good time.
  • These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam.
